Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
Once you’ve let the batter sit for a couple minute and the pan has heated up, use a 1/4 cup or ice cream scoop to scoop the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
