
Breakfast Ice cream
Bec RobertsonIce-cream for breakfast is a real thing. Here’s our recipe for simple vegan ice-cream with no added sugar or junk.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup kombucha
- 2 tbs VV Cashew butter other nut butter flavours will work too
Instructions
- Whizz all ingredients in a high powered blender and eat straightaway with vegan yoghurt.
- Topping suggestions: gluten free/grain free granola, fruit, raw nuts/seeds, vegan chocolate topping, chopped raw treats, 100 percent dark chocolate shavings
