Breakfast Ice cream

Ice-cream for breakfast is a real thing. Here’s our recipe for simple vegan ice-cream with no added sugar or junk.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup kombucha
  • 2 tbs VV Cashew butter other nut butter flavours will work too

Instructions
 

  • Whizz all ingredients in a high powered blender and eat straightaway with vegan yoghurt.
  • Topping suggestions: gluten free/grain free granola, fruit, raw nuts/seeds, vegan chocolate topping, chopped raw treats, 100 percent dark chocolate shavings
